It may include congratulatory letters, performance evaluation materials (including computer printouts summarizing the percentage total the individual received in student evaluations, and any records or materials the individual staff member submits for performance evaluation which may consist of papers and publications, course outlines, peer input, position descriptions, grants completed, course handouts, and on overall summary written by the staff member), news articles regarding the individual, disciplinary letters, employment papers, copies of contracts, notes about the individual, and much miscellaneous materials.
